Serenity is a superb modern 3 bedroom house which overlooks Bude Golf Course and sits right around the corner from Crooklets Beach. It is excellent for family holidays, golfing breaks and surfing or walking holidays in Bude. The house can comfortably sleep 6 people, whether it’s a family or group of golfers, it is the perfect holiday rental.

The property is a very smart, recently built house which is extremely well equipped with a lovely modern kitchen, stylish bathrooms and underfloor heating to ensure your comfort all year round. In the open plan living area you can relax and read a book on the leather sofas, watch a film on the 37’’ flat screen TV, or play a few games on the Xbox!

The 3 bedrooms are arranged with 2 double rooms and 1 twin room, and one even has a small balcony overlooking the golf course. There’s a formal dining table and very well equipped kitchen with all one could need, plus private garden with BBQ, table and chairs, for alfresco dining.

There is 1 designated parking space directly outside the property, in a car-port.
