The property is a three bedroom detached cottage . All of the bedrooms are ensuite and 2 have a balconly with a wonderful sea view. The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.

The Greenwich is a townhouse located on the main road into The Bay village, Filey. The property can accommodate up to 8 people, with 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms has a ensuite bathroom and there is a full family bathroom and downstairs toilet. The kitchen/lounge area looks onto a grassed lawn which is accessible via French doors, and there is outdoor furniture and a BBQ. There is a separate dining area with a long table and bench style seating for eating indoors.

The Dartmouth is a large, detached property which sleeps 8 people. The house overlooks meadows and has a seaview from the master bedroom. The property is very spacious, with an entrance hall and ample storage for shoes, coats, bags and all your beach equipment. There is a newly fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar that leads into a very spacious lounge/dining area. There is outdoor seating, patio and BBQ. There are three double and one twin bedrooms, one of which is situated on the ground floor.
