In recent times, staycations have become more popular, and whilst countries are opening their borders again to enable foreign travel, there are still plenty of options for those of us that would like to holiday in the UK. We have many beautiful places throughout the UK, with properties throughout Filey and Cornwall waiting for you to explore.
There are many benefits to holidaying at home, and whilst we may not always have the weather, a windy day spent exploring one of our beautiful beaches and coves is just as invigorating as time spent on a sunny day.

18 Silversands Way, The Bay, Filey
The Howker is where our journey into owning a holiday cottage began. We had watched with interest the development of The Bay over several years and eventually decided to call in to see if any properties were for sale. We were impressed by this property, its layout, and unrestricted sea views, and we decided to take the plunge and buy our first-ever holiday home.
That was 8 years ago, and this property continues to be a popular property with guests due to its location and open-plan design, which is ideal for families and their furry friends!
The Greenwich
17 The Parade, The Bay, Filey
The property is a townhouse located on the main road into The Bay village and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 2 double and 2 twin rooms. One of the double rooms has an ensuite bathroom; there is a separate family bathroom and a separate downstairs WC. The 2nd double bedroom is located on the ground floor, making it accessible for any of your party who may have mobility issues.
The kitchen and dining area looks onto the outdoor seating area and has French doors which lead onto a grassed lawn. The galley-style kitchen leads onto the lounge area, which has settees, occasional chairs, and a large wall-mounted TV. There is a separate dining area that has a large table and bench-style seating to accommodate all your guests.
The Dartmouth
6 Green Close, The Bay, Filey
The Dartmouth is a large, detached property that sleeps 8 people. The house is situated on Green Close and overlooks the meadows, and has a sea view from the master bedroom balcony.
The property is spacious, with an entrance hall and ample storage for shoes, coats, and all your beach equipment.
There is a newly fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar that leads into a very spacious lounge/dining area, with patio doors that lead onto a large, landscaped area with a patio and BBQ. There is outdoor seating should you wish to dine outside and a large dining table that seats 8 people for indoor dining.
