Seaview Escapes was set up to promote our family’s coastal holiday cottages. We are a family run business and have owned holiday lets since 2014. We now wish to extend the use of our website to other coastal holiday let owners in seaside towns throughout the UK as a directory or portal which signposts other coastal holiday properties.
There are many large players in the sector. Still, our approach is slightly different as we wish to use our website to help other holiday owners share information and further promote their properties rather than offering a fully managed package. Your content on our site will link to your native websites/hosting platforms and enable you to manage and improve your own property’s bookings.

If you choose to advertise with us, you will receive a dedicated page per property, with photos and descriptive information provided by you (please see our terms and conditions for content included on our website). You will continue to manage bookings as you have done previously, with a link from Seaview Escapes to your own website, therefore maintaining the integrity of your existing platform. For that reason, we do not charge a commission, just a flat annual fee for using our website and hosting your content, using our domain to raise the profile of your property and traffic to your site. The site is for owners, and we are keen to work with other property owners who want to maximise their property’s potential without needing steep commission fees.
We can also provide analytics in terms of the number of visits to your properties so that you will know how the website is working for you and the volume of visits your content is generating.
