It is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the fantastic views of the estuary and the fabulous sunsets. Teignmouth has good rail connections to London, Birmingham, and Manchester.
Teignmouth is a traditional seaside town with its Georgian architecture, Victorian Pier, Promenade, Lido, Bowls, Skate Park, award-winning Children’s Play Park, and Crazy Golf. The Pavilions has regular theatre and cinema performances as well as Comedy Club, Dance and Children’s activities. There are regular music festivals throughout the year, including jazz and folk music, and there is an array of small independent shops and the Arts Quarter with a range of art galleries, artisan and craft shops.
