Hello, and welcome to Seaview Escapes from Sarah and Steve. We have owned properties on the east coast now for almost 8 years. We decided on Filey as a location, as both of us have many happy memories of childhood holidays on the east coast, and we, too, have brought our children here for many years.

When our children were small, we had many happy holidays at Primrose Valley, and during our holidays there, we started to see the development of The Bay, which is directly next to Primrose Valley on the old Butlins site.

In 2014, we took the plunge and bought our first holiday home there, and we haven’t regretted that decision. Indeed we bought a further two properties on the site. We were impressed not only with the location but the management of the site, how the properties are maintained, and how you, the holidaymaker, are looked after.

In 2023, our portfolio of properties expanded, and we now have a range of holiday homes in Cornwall.
