Enter this enchanting cottage directly into the welcoming kitchen, which is exceptionally well appointed with a range cooker taking centre stage, while the large island makes cooking up hearty breakfasts and tasty suppers a cook’s delight! You will also find a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker along with a cafetiere for that all important morning coffee!

There is also a handy utility room complete with washing machine and ample space for storing wet and mudding walking attire, or those all-important sandy buckets and spades!

Flowing from the kitchen to the living space, you will find a spacious dining area, with seating for 4, making this a very sociable area and allowing you to capture sea views through the French doors.

A large window and French doors fill the living space with light and provide wonderful views out to sea. The log burner is a lovely feature, and comfy seating provides the perfect space for playing board games or simply relaxing after a day on the beach and catch up on the day’s adventures.

The first of two bedrooms is located on the ground floor. Providing a comfy double bed with a real nautical feel to this room.

Set on the ground floor, the owners have taken great care to make this bathroom the perfect fit for the cottage. The bathtub is just what you need, for soaking any aching muscles after a ramble along the cliff tops or a fun day on the beach! You will also find a shower over the bath, basin and loo.

Climb up the staircase to discover the dressing/additional seating area, perfect for some alone time, relaxing with your favourite book! This useful space gives access to the second bedroom, which in turn is equally spacious, with a king size bed taking centre stage. This light and airy bedroom has stunning views of the North Yorkshire Coastline and far-reaching views out to sea!

Making this the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening sundowner. Imagine waking up to wonderful views of this magnificent seascape!

Open the French doors at Ammonite Cottage and you are greeted by the delightful private raised terrace. This is a lovely spot with table and chairs for a lazy morning coffee and taking in the sea air. There is also a private garden accessed from the terrace. Leading down towards the coastline with ample space for children to play. The views from the terrace and garden and truly breathtaking and perfect for enjoying a sundowner after a day on the beach!

Port Mulgrave is located very close to the quaint North Yorkshire village of Hinderwell and is also perfect for enjoying cliff top walks to both Whitby and Saltburn. The property lies on the Cleveland Way. Ammonite Cottage is perfect for families, welcoming children. Unfortunately, DOGS are not accepted. There is FREE parking for 2 vehicles.

Number 10 is a modern, two-bedroom apartment with a south-facing balcony offering spectacular views over the delightful town of Teignmouth and the English Channel beyond, all five to ten-minute walk away. This magnificent apartment provides the perfect base to explore Teignmouth and the rest of Devon.

Located on the second floor, the apartment has an open-plan living, dining room with sliding doors onto the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom is a twin. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower. There is a designated parking space, and an electric vehicle charging point can be arranged if required.

Access is via a lift or staircase from the ground floor. There is also a ramped path at the back of the building, which leads to the stairs or lift on the first floor. The property is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, less than a ten-minute walk from the town centre and the beaches.

Teignmouth sits at the mouth of the River Teign and has two beaches, the Main Beach, which is perfect for swimming and sunbathing, as well as the characterful River or Back Beach, which is bustling with fishing boats, watersports, bars, pubs, and restaurants offering fresh seafood or fish and chips. It is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the fantastic views of the estuary and the fabulous sunsets. Teignmouth has good rail connections to London, Birmingham, and Manchester.

Teignmouth is a traditional seaside town with its Georgian architecture, Victorian Pier, Promenade, Lido, Bowls, Skate Park, award-winning Children’s Play Park, and Crazy Golf. The Pavilions has regular theatre and cinema performances as well as Comedy Club, Dance and Children’s activities. There are regular music festivals throughout the year, including jazz and folk music, and there is an array of small independent shops and the Arts Quarter with a range of art galleries, artisan and craft shops. Relax with a coffee, enjoy breakfast or lunch in one of the many bistros and dine in one of the superb restaurants, many of which offer local, seasonal produce. There are also many takeaway venues.

On the first floor, a comfy nautical-themed lounge boasts a large smart TV (with DVD player) and access to the balcony. There are 3 bedrooms on the same floor, the first features access to the balcony, an en-suite shower room and a comfy king-size bed. The other two bedrooms offer a glimpse at the sea and the ability to be made up as twin or a king configuration. The family bathroom can also be found on the first floor and features all conveniences including a bath tub – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration!

Outside there is a large fenced garden at the rear of the property featuring a patio area that provides an idyllic setting for outdoor dining and socialising with friends or family. This cottage offers a luxurious spacious accommodation with 5 bedrooms all with en-suite shower/bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10 people. The bright sunny open plan kitchen/living and dining area to the rear of the property overlooks the private fully enclosed garden which is a perfect sun trap! Its sizeable patio area make for some great outdoor living, with a range of outdoor furniture including table tennis and a charcoal BBQ along with an outside shower.

The Greenwich is one of our holiday homes near Scarborough, just 10 miles away. It is a townhouse located on the main road into The Bay Village in Filey and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 2 double and 2 twin rooms. One of the double rooms has an ensuite bathroom; there is a separate family bathroom and a separate downstairs WC. The 2nd double bedroom is located on the ground floor, making it accessible for any of your party who may have mobility issues.

The kitchen and dining area looks onto the outdoor seating area and has French doors which lead onto a grassed lawn. The galley-style kitchen leads onto the lounge area, which has settees, occasional chairs, and a large wall-mounted TV. There is a separate dining area that has a large table and bench-style seating to accommodate all your guests.
