The Greenwich is one of our holiday homes near Scarborough, just 10 miles away. It is a townhouse located on the main road into The Bay Village in Filey and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 2 double and 2 twin rooms. One of the double rooms has an ensuite bathroom; there is a separate family bathroom and a separate downstairs WC. The 2nd double bedroom is located on the ground floor, making it accessible for any of your party who may have mobility issues.

The kitchen and dining area looks onto the outdoor seating area and has French doors which lead onto a grassed lawn. The galley-style kitchen leads onto the lounge area, which has settees, occasional chairs, and a large wall-mounted TV. There is a separate dining area that has a large table and bench-style seating to accommodate all your guests.

The Dartmouth

The Dartmouth is a large, detached holiday home that sleeps 8 people. The house is situated on Green Close in Filey and overlooks the meadows, and has a sea view from the master bedroom balcony. Just 10 miles from both, this is one of our holiday homes near Scarborough and Bridlington, and it is ideally situated to reach all of the local attractions.

The property is very spacious, with an entrance hall and ample storage for shoes, coats, and all your beach equipment. A newly fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar leads into a very spacious lounge/dining area, with patio doors leading onto a large, landscaped area with a patio and BBQ. There is outdoor seating should you wish to dine outside and a large dining table that seats 8 people for indoor dining. The large open-plan kitchen and lounge area is well equipped and has the following appliances.

The Howker is where our journey into owning a holiday cottage began. We had watched the development of The Bay in Filey with interest for several years and eventually decided to call in to see if any properties were for sale. We were impressed by this property, its layout, and unrestricted sea views, and we decided to take the plunge and buy our first-ever holiday home.

That was 8 years ago, and this holiday home continues to be a popular property with guests due to its location and open-plan design, which is ideal for families and their furry friends!

The detached property has 3 double bedrooms, all of which have an ensuite bathroom. The 2 rooms facing the sea have access to a balcony that stretches across the entire property length, with plenty of outdoor seating.

The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing, and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio area with outdoor seating and a BBQ, with unrestricted sea views and a large, grassed area that is perfect for small children to play on, a game of rounders or walking your furry friend! If you get up early enough, you may see a deer or two grazing in the shrubs that adjoin the grassed areas.
